Really enjoyed my experience here.
Was sad that it was no longer in season for mango sticky rice but the crispy catfish salad was very unique taste. My first time having it and it was my favorite from what we ordered.
Crispy duck panang curry however, was a bit dry. Would've been nice if there was more curry or other ingredients in it.
The store was located in a very densely Thai area in Elmhurst. Very cool since I didn't know this prior.
Will be back in this area to try more authentic Thai food!

So glad I was introduced to this restaurant. Great Thai food in Queens! Ayada is a small Thai restaurant with amazing service; quick and efficient. Easily parks on the street. And when I say everything on the menu was great, I'm not lying. We ordered the Chinese Broccoli with Crispy Pork, Thai Sausage Fried Rice, Crispy Watercress Salad, Whole Fish with Mango Salad, Hainanese Chicken, and Pad See Ew. Highly recommend all of these dishes!

I'll be biased because ayada Thai is one of our favorite restaurants in NYC, but it's because of the meticulousness of the preparation, the beauty in the presentation, the excellent service and of course, the taste that one in NYC can compare-- just look at the photos.. it's just marvelous to look at and oh so good to taste. Will definitely be back more and more

There are good Thai restaurants and then there are wow Thai restaurants. Ayada is definitely the latter. For dinner, my husband and I ordered chive cakes, crispy catfish salad, crispy duck Penang curry and shrimp drunken noodles. Every dish was a home run. The chive cakes were perfectly crispy and chewy, full of flavor. The crispy catfish salad was divine! It was perfectly balanced in acid, salt, fat and sugar. I find that some Thai places are heavy handed with sugar in this dish but not Ayada. They nailed it. I might be dreaming about this dish for nights to come, that's how good it was. As for the duck curry, my husband's dish, my husband was so enraptured with it that he only looked up three-quarters into the meal to say "I love when something is so good that you forget to look around the restaurant at the surroundings." I tried his dish and nearly melted into umami heaven. Hands down the best Thai curry I've ever had, anywhere! Lastly, but certainly not least, the drunken noodles with shrimp didn't disappoint, and was expertly seasoned with balanced flavors. We were too full at that point to try desserts but this certainly won't be our last time.
The service was great. Friendly and genuine staff. Just the vibe of good people all around. The patrons were all Thai, so that's another good indication of how "authentic" the flavors were. (By "authentic," I'm not expecting for dishes to be traditional but for the flavors to all be evocative of Thai cooking.)
Highly recommend this spot!

Red curry was good, not too spicy. Pork basil was sliced pork instead of minced, would prefer minced. Tom kha was good, nothing special and egg roll is what you would expect.

I've been here a couple of times and this place never disappoints! Food is amazing, service is fast. Great ambiance (love the mini waterfall at the entrance). Drinks are extremely good, with a good amount of alcohol in them.

Cozy nice ambiance and food is authentic. Their service is good. The food portion is pretty big too with reasonable price tag. Must try their house special fried rice pad Thai.

Loved the Raw Shirmp salad; Fried red snapper with mango salad is highly recommended too

Food is delicious and good portions ... I recommend the stewed pork leg . One of my go to Thai restaurants
